Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to execute your project. Nothing more.

Identity & Contact: Name, company name, and email address.
Project Assets: CAD files, 3D models, textures, labels, and packaging designs.
Communication: Feedback, revision notes, and project briefs you share with us.
Technical Data: IP addresses or site usage data via secure analytics, used only to improve website performance.

The "No-AI" Guarantee

We provide a human-led, professional service. We do not use your project data for Artificial Intelligence purposes, ever.

Your product files, images, and designs are never used to train, fine-tune, or prompt generative AI models. We select service providers that offer enterprise-grade privacy, ensuring your data remains excluded from their machine-learning datasets.

Confidentiality & NDA

We treat all client project files as confidential by default, no exceptions.

We are happy to sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any files are exchanged. Just request one in your quote or by email and we'll turn it around the same day.

Default confidentiality: All project files are treated as confidential from the moment you share them.
Portfolio policy: We will never display your renders or brand assets without your explicit, written permission.

Data Storage & Security

We implement professional-grade security measures to protect your assets at every stage.

Encryption: Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest in secure cloud environments.
Access control: Only artists and team members assigned to your project have access to your files.
No redundant copies: We do not keep unnecessary duplicates across unsecured devices or accounts.

All file transfers use SSL/TLS encryption. Files stored in our cloud environments are protected with encryption at rest.

Retention & Deletion

We keep project files for 12 months after completion, making it easy to request updates or additional SKUs.

You may request immediate deletion of project files and personal data at any time. We fulfill erasure requests within 30 days, except where data must be kept for legal or tax records.

Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell or trade your data. We share limited information only with essential service providers.

Cloud storage & file transfer: Used for secure large 3D scene delivery.
Communication tools: Email and project management platforms used for collaboration and revision tracking.
Payment processors: Used for secure billing only. Payment processors never receive your project files.

All third-party providers are strictly prohibited from using your data for their own marketing, advertising, or AI training purposes.

These terms cover how Catalog Scaler works with direct clients: scope, pricing, revisions, delivery, and ownership of the final renders. This page is written in plain language on purpose, but it is a real agreement, by requesting a quote, booking a call, or starting a project, you agree to the terms below.

Services We Provide

Catalog Scaler provides 3D batch rendering for product catalogs, white-background and lifestyle imagery, built from real 3D geometry and real materials. We do not use AI image generation at any stage of production.

Product (white-background) rendering: consistent studio-style renders across every color, finish, and size variant from a single approved 3D setup.
Lifestyle rendering: in-scene, contextual renders of your product, offered alongside product rendering.
3D model creation: available as an add-on for brands that only have reference photos rather than existing 3D files.

Free Sample Policy

We offer a limited number of free sample batches each month, a few finished angles of one product, so you can see our work before committing to a paid project.

One per company: the free sample is limited to one product, one time, per company.
Booking required: every free sample starts with a short call so we can scope the request correctly, files are never accepted without one.
No obligation: receiving a free sample does not obligate you to book a paid project, and we will never pressure you to do so.
Subject to availability: we cap how many free samples we take on each month to protect turnaround for paid clients; if we're at capacity, your request may queue into the following month.

Quotes & Pricing

Pricing is volume-based and calculated per delivered image. Quotes generated through our online calculator are estimates; a confirmed quote is sent within 24 hours of a request.

📦1–500 images

Priced per image on a declining scale as volume increases, shown live in our calculator.

🏭500+ images

Enterprise volume is custom-quoted individually rather than through the calculator.

Published rates are not discounted by default. Add-on services (3D model creation, rush delivery, lifestyle scenes) are quoted separately and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment Terms

Deposit required: a deposit of 33–50% of the project total is required before we begin the Review stage (building the hero sample) on any direct-client project.
Balance due on delivery: the remaining balance is due before final, full-resolution files are handed off.
Accepted methods: payment details are confirmed in your project agreement; we do not collect card or bank details through this website.

Revisions Policy

We offer unlimited revisions on style and quality, lighting, material accuracy, color matching, and angle adjustments, until you're satisfied with the approved setup.

♾️What's included free

Iterating on the look and feel of the approved hero sample: lighting tweaks, material corrections, color accuracy, and angle changes within the original scope.

Change orders, not revisions: adding new SKUs, new angles beyond the agreed count, or new product variants after approval are treated as change orders and quoted separately, not as free revisions.
Scope is set at approval: the SKU count, angle count, and shot types agreed at the start of a project define the scope unlimited revisions apply to.

Delivery & Turnaround

Delivery speed is selected at the time of quoting and reflected in your price.

🗓️Standard / Priority

Our default turnaround tiers, timeline confirmed in your quote based on order size.

⚡Rush

Available for smaller, white-background-only orders. Lifestyle scenes are not eligible for rush delivery, the setup work can't be safely compressed without quality loss.

Final files are delivered folder-organized and named by SKU, ready for e-commerce, marketing, or internal use.

Intellectual Property

You own your product: you retain all rights to your product designs, brand assets, and the final delivered renders.
Portfolio rights, with an opt-out: Catalog Scaler may display completed work in our own portfolio and case studies unless you request confidentiality. If you'd like your project kept private, just let us know, no reason needed, and we'll exclude it.
NDA available: a formal NDA can be signed before any files are exchanged, on request, at no extra cost.

Cancellations

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel a project:

Before work begins: deposits are refundable in full if no production work has started.
After work begins: deposits cover work already completed and are non-refundable once the Review or Scale stages have started, this will be confirmed with you directly before any non-refundable work proceeds.

Limitation of Liability

Catalog Scaler's total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales or profits, arising from the use of delivered renders. Final renders are provided for marketing and e-commerce use; you are responsible for confirming any product claims, certifications, or measurements shown are accurate before publishing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be handled in accordance with that jurisdiction, unless a separate signed client agreement specifies otherwise.
