Services We Provide
Catalog Scaler provides 3D batch rendering for product catalogs, including white background and lifestyle imagery. Images are produced from real 3D geometry and materials. We do not use AI image generation in production.
Product (white background) rendering: consistent studio style renders across every color, finish, and size variant from a single approved 3D setup.
Lifestyle rendering: in scene, contextual renders of your product, offered alongside product rendering.
3D model creation: available when existing 3D files are not available. Models can be built from drawings, dimensions and clear reference photos.

Free Sample Policy
We offer a limited number of free sample batches each month, a few finished angles of one product, so you can see our work before committing to a paid project.
One per company: the free sample is limited to one product, one time, per company.
Booking required: every free sample starts with a short call so we can scope the request correctly, files are never accepted without one.
No obligation: receiving a free sample does not obligate you to book a paid project, and we will never pressure you to do so.
Subject to availability: we cap how many free samples we take on each month to protect turnaround for paid clients; if we're at capacity, your request may queue into the following month.

Quotes & Pricing
Pricing is volume based and calculated per delivered image. Quotes generated through our online calculator are estimates; a confirmed quote is sent within 24 hours of a request.

Priced per image on a declining scale as volume increases, shown live in our calculator.

Enterprise volume is quoted individually rather than through the calculator.
Published rates apply to the services shown in the quote. 3D model creation, rush delivery and lifestyle scenes are priced separately when needed and confirmed before work begins.

Payment Terms
Deposit required: a deposit of 33 to 50% of the project total is required before we begin the Review stage (building the hero sample) on any direct client project.
Balance due on delivery: the remaining balance is due before final, full resolution files are handed off.
Accepted methods: payment details are confirmed in your project agreement; we do not collect card or bank details through this website.

Revisions Policy
We offer unlimited revisions on style and quality, lighting, material accuracy, color matching, and angle adjustments, until you're satisfied with the approved setup.

Iterating on the look and feel of the approved hero sample: lighting tweaks, material corrections, color accuracy, and angle changes within the original scope.
Change orders, not revisions: adding new SKUs, new angles beyond the agreed count, or new product variants after approval are treated as change orders and quoted separately, not as free revisions.
Scope is set at approval: the SKU count, angle count, and shot types agreed at the start of a project define the scope unlimited revisions apply to.

Delivery & Turnaround
Delivery speed is selected at the time of quoting and reflected in your price.

The timeline is confirmed in the quote based on order size and project complexity.
⚡Rush
Rush delivery is available for some smaller white background orders. Lifestyle scenes require additional setup time, so rush timing is quoted separately.
Final files are delivered organized in folders and named by SKU, ready for ecommerce, marketing, or internal use.

Intellectual Property
You own your product: you retain all rights to your product designs, brand assets, and the final delivered renders.
Portfolio use: Catalog Scaler may display completed work in its portfolio and case studies when permitted by the project terms. You can request that a project remain private at any time before publication.
NDA available: a formal NDA can be signed before any files are exchanged, on request, at no extra cost.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel a project, the following rules apply:
Before work begins: deposits are refundable in full if no production work has started.
After work begins: deposits cover work already completed and are nonrefundable once the Review or Scale stages have started, this will be confirmed with you directly before any nonrefundable work proceeds.

Limitation of Liability
Catalog Scaler's total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales or profits, arising from the use of delivered renders. Final renders are provided for marketing and ecommerce use; you are responsible for confirming any product claims, certifications, or measurements shown are accurate before publishing.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be handled in accordance with that jurisdiction, unless a separate signed client agreement specifies otherwise.

Changes & Contact
We may update these terms as the business grows; material changes will be reflected with a new "last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.

What file formats do you need from me?
We work with .OBJ, .FBX, .STEP, .3DS, .BLEND and most standard 3D formats. If you do not have a 3D model, we can build one from drawings, dimensions and clear reference photos. Mention that in the quote request.
How long does a full catalog take?
Most projects: Day 1 asset handoff, Days 2 to 3 hero sample review, then batch rendering. A 100 SKU catalog typically delivers in 5 to 7 business days on Priority. Larger catalogs are estimated in your custom quote.
What does unlimited revisions actually mean?
During the sample stage, you can request changes to lighting, camera angles, materials or the agreed style before the batch starts. Corrections to delivered files are also covered within the stated revision period.
Why is Rush delivery unavailable for lifestyle images?
Lifestyle scenes require custom environment setup that takes extra time to build and approve properly. White background renders can be automated right after sample approval. Lifestyle work needs 3 to 5 additional days of scene creation, making 48 hour turnaround unrealistic without sacrificing quality.
How is my design data protected?
Project files are handled through access controlled storage and transfer tools. An NDA is available before files are shared. You can also request deletion of project files after delivery.

I started Catalog Scaler after years of product rendering and two years spent building a batch rendering workflow for a bath products reseller. The recurring problem was the number of variants. One product could need many images once size, finish, color and camera view were included. The workflow approves one setup first, then reuses it across the catalog.

My background is in architecture, which is where I learned to pay attention to geometry, proportion, lighting and materials. I later moved into 3D product visualization and have worked across bath fixtures, furniture, electronics and consumer products.
Before starting Catalog Scaler, I spent two years building and running an internal batch rendering pipeline for a bath products reseller. It was used in day to day production to generate consistent images across large groups of SKUs.
Catalog Scaler is a founder led studio. I stay involved in the modeling, materials, rendering workflow and client communication. The images are rendered from real 3D geometry and material references, not generated by AI.
